PROBLEMS OF SOCIAL POLICY OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC IN THE CONTEXT OF IMPLEMENTATION STATE PROGRAM

The article provides a brief analysis of the state and national programs (2012-2018) in the field of social policy of Kyrgyzstan, as well as a number of areas for improvement and solution of problems in the social sphere. The analysis of the existing situation that has developed in the field of support of socially vulnerable segments of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic is given. The reasons for the decline in the level and quality of life of the population were studied. The key factors that affect the maintenance of a normal level and quality of life of the population are considered.
