DO NEED LOANS TO FARMERS AND HOW TO GET THEM IN KYRGYZSTAN?

In Kyrgyzstan, where more than 90% of production is produce by farmers, the availability and the possibility of obtaining funding for the development of entrepreneurship in rural areas is a very important part of the development of their own economies and to ensure well-being. However, in a real situation, the development of social partnership in society between its various components, especially in rural areas, clearly and quite often there is a problem of distrust of the population to the ongoing projects of the state, social development - micro-credit policy, which is usually generated by the inappropriate content of social activity and realization in practice, the political and legal control circuit.
