The world is constantly changing and from time to time there are the risks which affect individuals and the community as a whole. By their nature, these risks can be positive (e.g., rain on a hot day) or negative (natural disasters). They may affect small groups of people (for example, family or village community), or big ones (region or country). Finally, they can occur suddenly (e.g., natural disasters or migration) or gradually (e.g., demographic shifts, and \ or changes in environmental conditions).
