Türkiye’nin Avrupa Enerji Topluluğu Antlaşması’na Taraf Olmamasının Nedenlerinin Değerlendirilmesi

Bu çalışmanın konusu Türkiye’nin, Güneydoğu Avrupa Enerji Topluluğu’nu Kuran Antlaşma’ya günümüze kadar taraf olmamasının nedenlerini analiz etmektir. Çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’nin bir yandan Enerji Şartı Antlaşması’na taraf olmuşken, diğer yandan Enerji Topluluğu Antlaşması bakımından sadece gözlemci statüsünde katılmayı tercih etmesinin sebeplerine açıklık getirmektir.

The Reasons Why Turkey is Not Joining the Treaty Establishing Energy Community

This study aims to analyze the reasons why Turkey has refused to join the Treaty Establishing Energy Community Treaty to this day. Specifically, the study aims to clarify the reasons why, on the one hand, Turkey is a party to the Energy Charter Treaty, whereas on the other hand, it is only an observer in the Energy Community Treaty.
