Kurumsal kaynak planlama uygulamalarında karşılaşılan engellerin yapısal modellemesi ve analizi

Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama (KKP), kurumların tüm iş süreçlerinin bütünleşik bir veri tabanından yönetilmesini sağlamaktadır. Kurulum sürecinde, kurulum yapılan firmanın iş süreçleri ve ilgili KKP sistemi üzerinde karmaşık ve uygulaması zorlu birçok değişiklik yapılması gerekmektedir. KKP yazılımlarının kurulumu esnasında karşılaşılan engeller kurulumun başarısını olumsuz şekilde etkilemektedir. Bu nedenle KKP kurulum sürecinde karşılaşılan zorluk ve engellerin analiz edilmesi, bu engellerin ortadan kaldırılması için bir ihtiyaç halini almıştır. Bu çalışma Türkiye’deki küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerde KKP kurulum sürecinde karşılaşılan engelleri tanımlanmakta ve bunların birbirleri ile ilişkilerini analiz ederek, engelleri anlamamıza katkı sağlamaktadır. Böylece çalışmanın sonunda KKP kurulum sürecinin daha kolay ve sorunsuz yönetilmesine yönelik öneriler sunulmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda literatür taraması yapılmış ve tespit edilen engeller, uzman akademisyen ve sektör çalışanları tarafından değerlendirilerek güncellenmiş ve bu çalışmada ele alınan engellerin listesi belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen bu engellerin birbirleri ile ilişkilerini tanımlamak için anketler oluşturulmuş ve uzman görüşleri alınmıştır. Toplanan veriler Yorumlayıcı Yapısal Modelleme ve MICMAC (Cross Impact Matrix Multiplication Applied to Classification) yöntemleri ile analiz edilerek engeller arası yapısal ilişki modeli ortaya konmuştur. Modelin işlerliği KKP kurulum sürecinde olan ve soğutucu dolap üretimi yapan orta ölçekli bir firma vakası ile irdelenmiştir. Bu çalışma, KKP kurulum sürecinin önündeki engellerin daha iyi anlaşılması ve süreci sekteye uğratan durumların önüne geçilmesini mümkün kılması ile hem literatüre hem de sektör yetkililerine net katkı sağlamaktadır.
