Bu araştırmada ilköğretim yöneticilerinin ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin eğitim sendikalarından gerçekleştirmesini istedikleri sendikal beklentiler ve bunların önem derecesi araştırılmıştır. Eğitim sendikalarından " sendikal hakları gerçekleştirmesi ve yaşatması "nı kadın sınıf öğretmenleri "oldukça önemli" erkek sınıf öğretmenleri "çok önemli " derecede beklemektedirler.
