Bu araştırmada öğretmen adaylarının karar verme stilleri çeşitli psikososyal değişkenler açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırmaya Pamukkale Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinin değişik bölümlerinde öğrenim gören 451 (223 kız, 228 erkek) 4.sınıf öğrencisi katılmıştır. Veriler uyarlama çalışması araştırmacı tarafından yapılan Karar Verme Stilleri Ölçeği ve hazırlanan Kişisel Bilgi Formu ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada, elde edilen bulgular eğitimsel açıdan tartışılmış ve bazı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

In this study, the student teachers’ decision making styles were examined in relation to some psychosocial variables. A total of 451 (223 female, 228 male) fourth grade Pamukkale University students from different deparments of the Faculty of Education were participated to the study. Data were collected by Decision Making Styles Scale which were adapted to Turkish by the researcher and Personal Information Form. In the study, the results were discussed in terms of their educational implications and some recomendations were given.
