A Case of Post Covid-19 Hyponatremia and Review of the Literature

Covid 19 infection, which started in December 2019, maintains its importance today due to its worldwide prevalence, acute and chronic effects, increased morbidity and mortality. During its course, hyponatremia is the most common electrolyte disorder observed in the clinic. The relationship between hyponatremia and poor prognostic outcomes in Covid 19 infection is discussed in the literature. We present a case in the clinic, in the case of Covid 19, whose clinical examinations are still ongoing and hyponatremia macroadenoma was diagnosed in the examinations. With this case, the relationship between Covid 19 and hyponatremia will also be discussed.
