SANAL KAYTARMA TÜRÜ SAPKIN DAVRANIŞIN ÖRGÜTSEL YAPI İLE OLAN İLİŞKİSİ: BİR KAMU KURULUŞU ÖRNEĞİ

Araştırma sanal kaytarma türü sapkın davranışın örgütsel yapının organiklik derecesi ile olan ilişkisini incelemeye yöneliktir. Bu kapsamda araştırma yoğun bilgisayar kullanımının gerçekleştiği bir kamu kuruluşunun çalışanları ile yürütülmüştür. Veriler, çalışanlardan anket tekniği aracılığı ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular neticesinde sanal kaytarma davranışının ciddi ve önemsiz olarak ayrılan iki alt boyutunun örgütsel yapı ile olan ilişkisinde ciddi sanal kaytarma davranışının organik yapı ile ilişkili olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

CYBERLOAFING AS A DEVIANT BEHAVIOR AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE: AN EXAMPLE OF A PUBLIC INSTITUTION

This research investigates the relationship between organicity level of organizational structure and cyberloafing as a type of deviant workplace behavior. In this context, research was carried out by employees of a public institution that held an intensive computer usage. Data were collected through questionnaires from employees. As a result of the findings of the relationship between organizational structure and two dimensions of cyberloafing behavior it can be seen that serious cyberloafing behavior has relations with organicity level of organizational structure.
