BİLİŞİM SİSTEMİ GELİŞTİRME SÜRECİNDEKİ İNSAN FAKTÖRÜ ÜZERİNE SİSTEMATİK LİTERATÜR TARAMASI

Bilişim sistemi geliştirme süreci (BSGS) insan merkezli bir faaliyet olup insan faktörünün bu süreç ve performans üzerinde büyük etkisi vardır. Bu nedenle bu çalışmanın amacı, bilişim sistemi geliştirme sürecindeki insanın rolü ve özelliklerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Brereton ve diğerleri tarafından 2007 yılında bilişim sistemleri ve yazılım geliştirme süreci araştırmalarında kullanılmak üzere önerilen ve üç adımdan oluşan sistematik literatür araştırması süreci kullanılmıştır. Sistematik literatür taraması sonucu 21 çalışmanın bu çalışmanın amacına uygun olduğuna karar verilmiştir. İncelenen çalışmalarda insan rollerinin BSGS’de yönetici, ekip üyesi ve müşteri rolleri olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca BSGS’de insan faktörü unsurları önem sırasıyla yönetim desteği, proje ekibi, ekip çalışması, etkili iletişim, öz yönelimli ekip, müşteri katılımı, motivasyon ve lider yönetici şeklindedir. Araştırma sonuçları literatür ile tartışılmış ve yönetici, ekip üyesi ve müşteri rolleri için öneriler sunulmuştur.
