Sağlık Hizmetlerinin Uluslararasılaşması Kapsamında Özel Hastanelerin Erken Ve Hizli Uluslararasılaşması: Liv Hospital Örneği

Hızlı ve erken uluslararasılaşan işletme kavramı uluslararası işletmecilik alanında önemli yere sahiptir. Kuruluşundan itibaren kısa bir süre içerisinde yurtdışı faaliyetlerde bulunan işletmeler, erken ve hızlı uluslararasılaşan işletme olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Küreselleşme, iletişim ve bilgi teknolojilerinin hızlı gelişimi, bilgi kaynaklarına daha kolay ulaşılabilir olması, organizasyonların dinamik yeteneklerinin etkinliği ve iş ağı bağlantılarının varlığı vb. nedenlerle kuruluşuyla birlikte veya kuruluşunu takiben kısa bir süre içinde uluslararasılaşan işletmeler kurulmaya başlanmıştır. Erken ve hızlı uluslararasılaşma sürecini ele alan çalışmalar incelendiğinde özellikle yüksek teknolojili ürünler üreten imalatçı işletmelere yönelik çalışmalar yapıldığı görülmektedir. Çalışmanın sonucunda, yöneticilerinin sahip oldukları uluslararası vizyon ve uluslararası pazarda lider olma hedefleri sayesinde Liv Hospital'ın kuruluşunu takiben uluslararasılaştığı görülmektedir. İş ağları erken ve hızlı uluslararasılaşma süreçlerini kolaylaştıran faktörlerden biridir. Liv Hospital'ın uluslararasılaşma sürecinde de yöneticilerin iş ağları etkili olmuştur. Dolayısıyla, bir işletmenin sahip olduğu içsel ve dışsal faktörler erken ve hızlı uluslararasılaşmada etkili olmaktadır. Çalışmanın, sağlık hizmetlerinin uluslararasılaşması konusunda yapılacak çalışmalara rehberlik etmesi beklenmektedir.

Early And Rapid Internationalization Of Private Hospitals Within The Scope Of Internationalization Of Health Services: The Case Of Liv Hospital

In recent years, globalization roles, the rapid development of communication technologies, easier access to information sources, the existence of manager's networks in international markets, and organization dynamic capabilities find out early and rapid internationalization as being international from inception or near their founding. When the studies dealing with the rapid and early internationalization process are examined, it is seen that they have carried out for manufacturing firms in particular produced high-tech products. But, especially health care business studies are rare. However, it is rare to work on businesses that provide healthcare services. In this study, Liv Hospital, which provides healthcare services and became international rapidly following its establishment, is examined as a case study. In conclusion, it is seen that Liv Hospital became international following its establishment, thanks to the international vision of its managers and their goals to be a leader in the foreign market. Business networks are one of the factors that facilitate early and rapid internationalization processes. Business networks of managers have also been efficient in the internationalization process of Liv Hospital. Therefore, internal and external factors that a business has an effective in early and rapid internationalization.
