One of the most challenging dimensions of the international business environment is political constraints. Given the politically complicated world structııre, every firm should be able to analyze the political risk before entering a foreigıı market. However, this task is not easy to do many times. Firms must face the fact that they will always experience the troubles of political risk analysis. This study focuses attention on some major problems of political risk analyzing in international environment.
