ÖRGÜTSEL KÜÇÜLME STRATEJİSİNİN TÜRKİYE’DEKİ BÜYÜK İŞLETMELERDE ÇALIŞANLARIN TUTUM ve DAVRANIŞLARINA ETKİLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

The strategy of organizational downsizing is one of the most applied strategies since the beginning of the 1990 ’s. Layouts occurred due to the implementation of this strategy. These developments impose some negative effects on the employees who remain in the organization and who leave the organization. In this paper, a strategic model has been formed in order to manage the effects of organizational downsizing on the employees remaining in the organization. In this study conducted at the 60 private industrial Turkish firms that implemented downsizing. Effects of downsizing on employees’ attitudes and behaviors are investigated.
