ISO 14001 ÇEVRE YÖNETİM SİSTEMİ’NİN İŞLETMELERE ADAPTASYONUNDA ANALİTİK HİYERARŞİ PROSESİ (AHP) YÖNTEMİYLE ÇÖZÜM YAKLAŞIMI

Günümüzde, çevreye dost ürünlerin üretilmesi ve dizaynı işletme stratejilerinin ayrılmaz bir parçası haline gelmiştir. Çevreyi korumaya yönelik olarak geliştirilen ortak yargılardaki artış çevre yönetim sisteminin (ÇYS) geliştirilmesini teşvik etmektedir. Bu çalışmada ISO 14001 ÇYS’ itin kritik karar kriterleri, alt kriterleri ve faydaları Analitik Hiyerarşi Yöntemi yaklaşımıyla belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu kriter ve faydaların öncelik ve göreceli ağırlıklarının araştırılmasına yönelik olarak sayısal bir örnek çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda ÇYS ne adaptasyon sürecinde yeralan karar kriterleini içeren bir Analitik Hiyerarşi Yöntemli karar modeli oluşturulmuştur. Ağılık ve önceliklerin tespit edilmesinde ise ISO 14001 ÇYS belgeli İstanbul ili sınırları içerisinde faaliyet gösteren işletmelerle yüzyüze görüşme yöntemi kullanılarak bir anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile elde edilen sonuçlar işletmelerin ISO 14001 ÇYS’ ne adaptasyonu sürecinde gerçekleştirmesi gereken hareket biçimlerini belirlenmesinde bir yol gösterici durumundadır.
