ALGILANAN ÖRGÜTSEL DESTEK VE LİDER ÜYE ETKİLEŞİMİNİN ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI İLE İLİŞKİSİ VE GÜVENİN ROLÜ

Çalışan ile işveren arasında bir alış-veriş ilişkisinin bulunduğunu ve bireylerin daha fazla kar elde etmek için diğer bireylerle ilişki kurduğunu vurgulayan sosyal etkileşim teorisinden hareketle, son yıllarda özellikle iki tür etkileşim üzerinde durulmaktadır. Bunlar çalışanın organizasyonu ve lideri ile yaşadığı etkileşimlerdir. Bu noktadan hareketle, bu çalışmada da algılanan örgütsel destek ve lider-üye etkileşimi ele alınarak örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiş ve bu ilişki içerisinde örgütsel güvenin rolü araştırılmıştır. Araştırmaya 141 çalışan katılmıştır. Sonuçlar, hem lider-üye etkileşiminin hem de algılanan örgütsel desteğinin örgütsel güven faktörlerinden çalışan katılımına destek ve örgüt politikalarında adalet faktörlerini bu faktörlerin de örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı faktörlerinden katılım ve sadakat faktörlerini etkilediğini ortaya koymuştur.
