Ancak bir yıllık takjp sonunda, hastamızda herhangi bir iç organ tutulumu ya da başka bir kol-dpku hastalığına ilişkin bulgu yoktur.

A 3.5-year-old female was admitted with large patchy Indurated lesions of the skin of left hand and foot. The involved joints had flexion contractures. The skin biopsy showed mononuclear cell infiltration. of the. subcutaneous tissue. Based on these findings she was diagnosed as morphea, She was positive for antinuclear antibodies, anti dsDNA and. rheumatoid factor. In addition, she had high serum Ig G, Ig M levels and low serum C3 levels. She also had increased percentages of activated T lymphocytes and total B lymphocytes. Lastly, her helpei'/supressor T cell ratio was increased. All of these immunologie findings suggest that active phase of a systemic generalized otoimmun disease, because they are not features of localized scleroderma. However, after one year, our patient did not have any signs of another connective tissue disease or no .involvement of visceral organs.
