TEDARİKÇİ SEÇİMİNDE ENTEGRE LOJİSTİK DESTEK YAKLAŞIMI VE İŞLETME UYGULAMASI: SWARA-SMAA-2

   Günümüzde bir işletmenin artan rekabet ortamında başarı sağlayabilmesi, tedarikçilerinin gücü ile doğru orantılı gözükmektedir. Tedarikçilerin gücü ise ürettikleri mal ve hizmetlerin maliyeti, kalitesi ve satış sonrası desteği ile ilgilidir. Bu durum karşımıza Entegre Lojistik Destek (ELD) yaklaşımını çıkarmaktadır. Çünkü ELD yaklaşımı tedarikçi tarafından üretilen mal ve hizmetin tasarımından başlayarak elden çıkarılmasına kadar geçen süreçte üretilen mal ve hizmetin bütünleşik desteğinin sağlanmasını amaçlamaktadır. Ancak işletmeler tarafından en iyi tedarikçinin belirlenmesi oldukça zor bir süreçtir. Bu çalışmada, karar vericilerin uzman oldukları kriterlere yönelik uzman görüşlerine ağırlık verebilen Aşamalı Ağırlık Değerlendirme Oran Analizi (SWARA) metodu ile karar vericilerin tercihlerini belli etmek istemediği durumlarda kullanılabilen Stokastik Çok Kriterli Kabul Edilebilirlik Analizinin (SMAA-2) birleştirilmesi ile oluşturulan SWARA-SMAA-2 yöntemi önerilmiştir. Önerilen yöntem JSMAA programına entegre edilmiş ve bu program vasıtası ile işletmeye yönelik en uygun tedarikçi seçimi gerçekleştirilmiştir.
