DİJİTALLEŞME: İŞ YAŞAMINDA VE SOSYAL GÜVENLİKTE

İş yaşamının çevrim içi ve çevrim dışı süreçleri birlikte içeren gelişim ivmesi; iş, işyeri, iş ilişkisi ve mesai gibi unsurların yanı sıra sosyal güvenliği de yeniden tanımlamayı gerektiren bir seyir izlemektedir. İşyerini oturum açılan yere, iş kazası meslek hastalığı risklerini çevrim içine, iş ilişkisini online ağlara ve iş akdini e-posta ya da mesaj iletilerine taşıyan dijitalleşme süreci, çalışanların sosyal güvenlik haklarına erişimini etkileyen sonuçlar doğurmaktadır. Bu çalışma, dijitalleşmenin iş yaşamı ve sosyal güvenlikteki yansımalarına ayna tutarak iş ve sosyal güvenlik alanlarındaki etkilerine ilişkin genel bir yaklaşım sunmayı amaçlamıştır. Kırılgan işlerin ve kayıt dışı istihdamın incelttiği bir işgücü piyasasına eklemlenen dijitalleşmeye normatif standartlar eşlik etmediği takdirde sürecin, çalışanların kazanılmış hakları üzerindeki seyreltici etkisinin güçlü olacağı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sıralanan öneriler arasında ise iş yaşamında ve sosyal güvenlikte dijitalleşmenin insan odaklı ve hak temelli yaklaşımla yönetimi için alınabilecek tedbirler öne çıkmaktadır.
