YENİDOĞANDA NADİR BİR SOLUNUM SIKINTISI SEBEBİ: KONJENİTAL LOBER AMFİZEM

Konjenital lober amfizem akciğerin bir lobunun aşırıhavalanması nedeniyle solunum yetmezliği semptomlarınaneden olan nadir bir anomalidir. Takipne, interkostal çekilme veasidoz ile getirilen ve acil lobektomi yapılan sol üst lobu tutanlober amfizem olgusu sunulmuştur. Konjenital lober amfizem herne kadar çocukluk çağındaki akut solunum yetmezliği sebepleriarasındaki nadir patolojilerden birisi olsa da, bazen acillobektomi gerektirmesi nedeniyle akılda tutulması gereken biranomalidir.

A Rare Cause of Respiratory Failure in Newborn: Congenital Lober Amphysema

Congenital lobar emphysema is a rare anomaly that causesrespiratory insufficiency symptoms due to overflow of a lobe ofthe lung. We present a case of lobar emphysema involving theleft upper lobe, which was brought by tachypnea, intercostalretraction and acidosis, and which underwent emergencylobectomy. Although congenital lobar emphysema is one of therare pathologies among the causes of acute respiratory failurein childhood, it is an anomaly that must be kept in mind becauseof the need for emergency lobectomy.
