Bisiklet Kazası Sonucu Duodenum Rüptürü Nedeniyle Ölüm: Olgu Sunumu

Künt batın travmalarında duodenum yaralanmaları oldukça nadir görülmekte olup tanı konulması son derece zordur. Bu tür yaralanmaların genelde trafik kazalarında ve spor müsabakalarında meydana geldiği bildirilmektedir. Yazımızda; bisiklet kazası sonrası hastaneye götürülen, tanı konulamadan ölen ve otopside duodenum rüptürü tespit edilen çocuk vaka sunuldu.Künt batın travmalarında başka organ yaralanması olmadan sadece duodenum yaralanmaları oldukça nadir görülmektedir. Duodenum yaralanmaları nadir görülmekle birlikte belirgin mortalite ve mobidite ile seyreden klinik bir durumdur. Tüm batın yaralanmalarının yaklaşık % 3 ile % 5' inde duodenum yaralanmaları ortaya çıkmaktadır (1). Duodenum yaralanmaları penetran veya künt travmalar sonucu ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Penetran yaralanmalar genelde kesici delici alet veya ateşli silah yaralanmaları şeklinde olmaktadır (2).

Death Due To Duodenal Rupture Following Bicycle Accident: Case report

Duodenal injuries because of blunt abdominal trauma is rare with clinical condition and its diagnosis is extremely difficult. This type of injury has been reported to occur mostly in traffic accidents and contact sporting events. In this paper, child case who taken to hospital after a bicycle accident, and the deceased can not be diagnosed, and detected duodenal rupture in autopsy is presented.Duodenal injuries because of blunt abdominal trauma is rare with clinical condition and its diagnosis is extremely difficult.
