Akut Batının Nadir Bir Nedeni: Serviks Kanserine Bağlı Spontan Uterin Rüptür

Piyometrada spontan uterin perforasyon nadir bir komplikasyondur. Klinik belirtiler gastrointestinal traktın perforasyonlarına benzemekle birlikte akut batının nadir nedenleri arasındadır. Pek çok vakada kesin tanı laparatomi ile konulmaktadır. Olgu sunumumuzda; generalize peritonit tanısı ile kliniğimize başvuran ve eksploratif laparotomide serviks karsinomuna bağlı uterin perforasyon tespit edilen 62 yaşında kadın hasta literatür eşliğinde sunulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Piyometra, serviks karsinomu, peritonit

A Rare Cause of Acute Abdomen: Spontaneous Uterine Rupture Arising from Cervical Carcinoma

Uterin perforation on pyometra is a rare complication. Clinical symptoms look like gastrointestinal perforation but it is in rare reasons of acute abdomen. In so many cases certain diagnosis can be made by laparotomy. In our case report; a 62 years old female patient presented for literature who came to our clinic with generalize peritonitis diagnosis and uterin perforation due to cervix carcinoma which detected at explorative laparotomy.Keywords: Pyometra, cervical carcinoma, peritonitis
