TÜRKİYE’DE DEMİRYOLU ARAÇLARININ SERTİFİKASYONU: MEVCUT DURUM VE GELECEK
Türkiye’de Avrupa Birliği düzenlemelerine uygun ürün imalatı bir süre önce başlamıştır. Avrupa Birliği düzenlemelerine uygun demiryolu aracı üretimine ise 2010 yılında başlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada,
demiryolu aracı için sertifikasyon süreci ve sertifikasyon süreci ile ilgili yasal düzenlemeler özetlenmiştir. Türkiye’de sertifikasyonu yapılan demiryolu aracı tipleri incelenmiştir. Sertifikalandırılacağı
öngörülen araç tipi sayıları ortaya konmuştur. Sertifikalandırılacağı öngörülen araç tipi sayısı, belirlenen üç oranla hesaplanmıştır. Orta oranda, 2041 yılına kadar 39 demiryolu aracı tipinin sertifika
alacağı belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra, mevcut sorunların çözümüne yönelik bazı öneriler sunulmuştur.

CERTIFICATION OF ROLLING STOCK IN TURKEY: CURRENT STATE AND FUTURE
Manufacturing compliance with European Union regulations in Turkey has been begun some time
ago. Rolling stock manufacturing compliance with European Union regulations has been begun in
2010. In this study, certification process of rolling stock and legal regulations related to certification
process has been summarized. Rolling stock types with certification in Turkey has been investigated.
Number of rolling stock types estimated to be certified has been exposed. Number of rolling stock
types estimated to be certified has been calculated by means of specified three percentages. 39 rolling
stock types to be certified until 2041 have been determined at medium percentage. Finally, some
recommendations are made for the solution of the existing problems.
