Bu çalışmada, RVSM adı ile bilinen Dikey Ayırma Minimalarının Azaltılması Programı, Türkiye ve Avrupa hava sahalarında uygulaması, yer ve uçaklardaki teçhizat gereklilikleri ile anlatılmıştır. RVSM simülasyonlan tanıtılmış, ve RVSM Türkiye uygulaması kontrolörlerin eğitimi, sistem desteği ve hava yollarındaki yeni giriş çıkış noktaları ile verilmiştir. 2002 yılından itibaren uygulamada olacak bu programın sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir

In this work, Reduced Vertical Seperation Minimum ( RVSM), its applications in Turkish and European air spaces are explained and necessary equipment on the ground and on the board for this programme are given. RVSM simulations are described and application of RVSM in Turkey are explained with controller training, supporting systems and air space new input -output points. The results of this program which will be in use by 2002 are disscussed.
