In the first part of the article, the literature review related to the pressure drops and friction factor s in micro channels was presented. In this second part, a review on heat/mass transfer in micro channels is submitted. An evaluation of the suggested correlations for micro channels, their comparison with the classical correlations of macro channels, and the effects of the important parameters investigated on heat/mass transfer are given.
