İş sağlığı ve güvenliğinde davranış değişikliği yaratma süreci
Dünyada her gün işe bağlı 3000 ölümlü olay meydana gelmektedir. Bu vakaların % 96-98'de neden güvenli olmayan davranışlardır. Çalışanların iş güvenliği açısından, güvenli olmayan kendi davranışlarının ve çevresinde olup bitenlerin farkında olması iş güvenliği bilincinin göstergesidir. İş güvenliği bilinci herkes tarafından öğrenilmeli ve her çalışanın işinin bir parçası haline gelmelidir.
Every day 3000 accidents results in deaths. 96-98% events are due to unsecure behaviors. From the point of the workers safety , awareness of the worker in personally unsecure bahavior and also surrounding is pointer of his own consciousness of occupational, health and safety. Consciousness of occupational health and safety has to be known by everybody and also has to be part of the routine job. Nowadays, application of the occupational health and safety focused on the "To create a modification in behaviours ".
