1989 yılı ortalarında yürürlüğe giren 3568 sayılı Serbest Muhasebecilik, Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Kanunu 16 yıllık bir uygulama sürecini geride bırakmıştır. Bu kanun ile muhasebecilik mesleği yasal bir zemine oturtulmuştur. Bu çalışma, Isparta il merkezini kapsayan bir alan çalışması olup muhasebecilik mesleğini bağımsız olarak yapan muhasebeci meslek mensuplarının meslekleri ile ilgili genel bir değerlendirme yapmayı, varsa mevcut sorunları tespit etmeyi ve uygulayıcılardan öneriler almayı hedeflemektedir. Bu amaçla bir anket hazırlanmış ve Isparta il merkezindeki meslek mensuplarına uygulanmıştır. Sonuçlar frekans analizi yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir.

The law of number 3568, which was put into force in the mid of 1989 and dealing with Free Accountancy, Financial Accountancy and Certified Financial Accountancy, has left a 16 year practice proccess. By this law, the proffession of accountancy has been stated in a legal position. This study, covering the centre of Isparta, aims to evaluate in general the members of free accountancy proffession about their proffession and, if there is any problem, to define the problems and get suggestions from the members of the proffessian. For this aim, a survey has been prepared and it has been applied to the members of the proffession in Isparta city centre. The results have been evaluated by the methods of frequency.
