Küreselleşme akımının yaygınlaşmasıyla beraber yaşanan yoğun rekabet, daha mükemmel ve hatasız mal/hizmet üretimini zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bu çerçevede muhasebe uygulamalarının önemi de artmakta ve muhasebe, gerek bir bilim dalı olarak gerekse bir meslek olarak çok daha önemli bir konuma gelmektedir. Muhasebeye yüklenen görevlerin sayısındaki bu artış, muhasebe meslek mensubunun uzman ve nitelikli bir vasıfta olmasını zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Acaba muhasebe eğitimi bu vasıflarda muhasebeci yetiştirmek için yeterli midir? Çalışmamızın amacı bu konuyu irdelemek ve tespit edilecek sorunlarla ilgili çözüm önerileri sunmaktır.

(Estimation Of Accounting Education For The Purposes Of Breeding Qualified Workforce) The keen competition due to the spread of globalization trend forces more excellent and faultless production of goods /services. In this context, the importance of accounting practices also increases and accounting becomes more important, both as a scientific discipline and a profession. The rise in the number of roles charged to accounting necessitates member of accounting profession being expert and qualified. Is accounting education sufficient in order to train accountants who have these qualifications? The aim of our study is to investigate this issue and present solution recommendations for the determined problems.
