2005 yılı konsolide bütçesinin kesin sonuçlarına göre merkezi yönetim 144.562.200 bin YTL harcama yapmış, 134.819.231 bin YTL gelir elde etmiş ve bütçe yıl sonunda 9.743.000 bin YTL açık vermiştir. 2005 bütçe hedeflerine göre daha az harcama, daha yüksek düzeyde kamu geliri, daha küçük bütçe açığı şeklindeki bir performans başarılı bir sonuçtur. A performance with less expenditure, more public income and less budget gap can be evaluated as a succesful result according to the 2005 budget target. In this article, the financial facts that affected 2005 budget performance, which can be seen as successful, are examined. In addition, chronic and negative financial parameters and factors are evaluated as well.
