DEĞİŞEN RİSK ALGISI VE İÇ DENETİM

Artan rekabet, küreselleşme ve bilgi teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler gibi faktörlerin etkisiyle risk kavramı, ekonomikdünyadaki en önemli kavramlardan birisi haline gelmiştir. Ekonomik dünyadaki risklerin etkisi ve önemi konusundaki farkındalık giderek artarken, risklerin her geçen gün değiştiği ve çeşitlerinin de arttığı gözlemlenmektedir.Bu bağlamda risklerin etkin bir şekilde yönetilebilmesi için bir farkındalık kazanmak, etkin, verimli, esnek vefarklı bir risk anlayışı geliştirmek önemli bir gereksinim haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada riske ilişkin değişenalgı, iç denetim perspektifiyle tartışılmaktadır

CHANGING RISK PERCEPTION AND INTERNAL AUDIT

Risk has become one of the most important concepts with the effect of some factors like increasing competition,globalization and developments in information technologies. While the awareness about the effects and the importance of risk in an economic world are increasing, it is observed that the risks are changing with each passingday and their varities are increasing. In this context, it has become an important requirement to raise awarenessand develop an effective, flexible and different understanding of risk. In this study, changing perception relatedwith risk is discussed with an internal audit perspective
