İNSAN OLMANIN DOĞAL SONUCU OLARAK MÜLKİYET HAKLARI

Bu makale mülkiyet haklarının doğası, ekonomik ve sosyal hayattaki yeri ve önemi üzerine genel bir değerlendirme sunmaktadır. Mülkiyet haklarının var-lığı çoğu zaman devletin bu hakları vermesi ve koruması ile beraber düşünülmektedir. Hâlbuki mülkiyet hakkı, insan olmanın doğal bir sonucudur. Bir anlamda, insanın doğası sahipliği esas almaktadır. Başlangıç noktasını insan olarak alan bir mülkiyet hakkı anlayışının bu alandaki hâkim temalar açısından sonuçları makalede ele alınmaktadır.
