Prenatal dönemin bazı evrelerinde bıldırcın (Coturnix coturnix japonica) derisi mast hücrelerinin dağılımı

The present study was undertaken to determine distribution of mast cells of skin of the quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica) some stages of the prenatal periods (9., 11., 13., 15. and 17. days of incubation). Mast cells were showed density and in different regions of skin were in every periods. At the of 9th of incubation mast cells were an increase of observed until from day 15th of incubation. Incubation of 17th day a decrease was determined in the mast cells density. Mast cells were observed a great number of around the blood vessels and hair follicles. It was encountered among the individual collagen fibers and fat cells.
