Tekrarlayan Gebelik Kayıpları

Tekrarlayan gebelik kayıpları kadınların %0,5-3'ünde görülebilen, geniş bir etiyoloji ve tedavi yelpazesine sahip bozukluklardır. Hastaların yaklaşık %50'sinde altta yatan bir neden bulunamamaktadır. Bilinen nedenler arasında kromozom anomalileri, endokrin bozukluklar, uterin anomaliler, hematolojik ve immünolojik bozukluklar sayılabilir. Altta yatan nedene göre tedavi değişmekle birlikte; endokrin bozuklukların tedavi edilmesi, kromozomal bozukluklarda in vitro fertilizasyon ve preimplantaston genetik tanı yöntemi uygulanması, hematolojik hastalıklarda aspirin ve düşük molekül ağırlıklı heparin tedavisi uygulanması tedavide denenmektedir ancak tüm bunların gebelik sonuçlarına katkısı ile ilgili tartışmalı görüşler vardır.

Recurrent Pregnancy Loss

Recurrent pregnancy loss is an entity that affects 0.5-3% of women with a wide etiology and treatment spectrum. A cause cannot be found in aproximately 50% of patients. The known causes are; chromosomal abnormalities, endocrine disorders, uterine defects, hematologic and immunologic disorders. The treatment of underlying endocrine problems, use of in vitro fertilization and preimplantation genetic diagnose method for patients with chromosomally abnormality and aspirin and low molecular weight heparin teratment for patients with hematologic disorders have been tried for improving pregnancy outcomes, but all of these are controversial at treatment.
