Biber Gazı Spreyine Maruz Kalan İki Olguda Göz Bulguları

Biber gazı son yıllarda hem kişisel hem de toplumsal olaylarda sıkça kullanılan bir savunma aracıdır. Bu olgu sunumunda biber gazına maruz kalmış iki olguda takip ve tedavi yönetiminin sunumu amaçlandı. Bu tür olgularda müdahalenin erken yapılması ve etken maddenin hızla gözden uzaklaştırılması kalıcı hasarı önlemede etkin bir yol olduğunu düşünmekteyiz. Ayrıca göz bulgularının çabuk değişiminin kontrollerinin de sıkça yapılması gerekmektedir.

Eye Findings in Two Patients Exposed to Pepper Spray

In recent years, pepper spray is a defense tool used frequently in both personal and social events. In this case report, follow-up and treatment management in two patients exposed to pepper spray were presented. In such cases, we think that early intervention and quick removal of the active substance is an effective way to prevent permanent damage, and also examination of frequent changes of ocular findings should be constantly made.
