Involvement of the prostate gland by non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is very rare. Most frequent histologic types are aggressive lymphomas which involve prostate albeit low numbers of patients. In this report, the authors present two cases, one of which will be the first case in the literature with low grade histology diagnosed as folliculer non-Hodgkin lymphoma infiltrating the prostate gland at presentation.
