This documanter and analytic article contains the Qur’anic passages written on four holy mosques, ie. Mesjid-i Harâm, Mesjid-i Nabawî, the Mosque of Kuba and the Mosque ofQıblatain. This article aims to study of verses which chosen in these mosques. This study reflects the Muslims’ especially Turks’ mentality of writing/adaptation Qur’anic verses in the architecture within the framework of these four mosques.
