ULUSLARARASI TİCARET VE KÜLTÜREL YAKINLIK: ASYA ÖRNEĞİ

Bu çalışma, 1970-2009 yılları arası, Pedroni ve Johansen ve Fisher panel veri eş bütünleşme analizi kullanılarak Asya ülkelerinde kültürel benzerlik ve uluslararası ticaret arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmıştır. Eş bütünleşme analizi, Asya ülkelerinde, kültü- rel benzerlik ve uluslararası ticaret arasında, uzun dönemli bir ilişkinin var olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu durum, uzun dönemde kültürel yakınlığın uluslararası ticareti etkilediği anlamına gelmektedir.

This study investigates the relationship between culture proximity and international trade in Asia, covering the period 1970-2009 using Pedroni and Johansen and Fisher Panel Data cointegration tests. The result of the cointegration analysis indicates that there is a long-run relationship between culture and and international trade. This means cultural proximity/similarity effects the international trade in long run
