Kurumsal amaçlı psikososyal risk yönetimi ölçeği

Bu çalışmanın amacı, kurumlarda verimliliğin temel belirleyicisi olan perfor- mans ve motivasyonu bireysel özellikler olan problem çözme ve iyilik hali ile birlikte ölçmeye yarayan bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Bu sorunsalın çözümü için işletmenin temel fonksiyonları olan yönetim organizasyon, insan kaynakları dallarında ve psikoloji bi- lim dalında çözümler geliştirilmiştir. Ancak burada hedeflenen kurum ve pozisyonları hedef göstermeyen maddelerden oluşacak, böylece yanlı cevaplardan mümkün oldu- ğunca kaçınılacak bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Bu nedenle psikolojinin konusu olan bireye yönelik olgular temel alınmıştır. Bu amaçla, performans , motivasyon , problem çözme ve iyilik hali olmak üzere dört boyuttan oluşan bir ölçek oluşturulmuştur. Tekrarlanan geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri sonuçları, bu çalışma ile oluşturulan Psikososyal Risk ölçeğinin, yeterli düzeyde psikometrik ve puanlama ile bireyleri ayırım özelliklerine sahip olduğu gösterilmiştir.

Organizational psychosocial risk scale development

The purpose of the present study was to develop a scale which determines performance, motivation, problem solving and wellness attitudes. Performance and motivation are the basic determinants of organizational effectiveness, and these are related on individual problem solving skills along with wellness. There were developed a variety of scales in the disciplines of management and organization, human resources and psychology. However, this research proposed to develop a scale with such items, which will not target the current corporation and managerial positions in statements. So, it also avoids the response bias. Therefore, the scale was based on the individualistic facts or phenomenon subject to psychology. A master scale was developed under four dimensions, which are performance, motivation, problem solving and wellness. Data were collected from a sample of 114 participants who were blue collar employee of 3 organizations. The reliability and validity analyses shows that the developed psychosocial risk scale have sufficient psychometric features and discrimination ability of the respondents.
