Objectives: This study examines the influence of music therapy on health quality in patients with tinnitus. Patients and Methods: This study was conducted on patients with subjective tinnitus. 13 patients were included in this study (6 women, 7 men; mean age=46.76±11.18). The frequency of tinnitus, severity of tinnitus, Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Short Form-36 (SF-36) were applied pre and post treatments (2 and 6 months). Results: Statistically significant differences (p<0.05) were found between the pre-treatment and post-treatment (2 and 6 months) scores for the following: frequency of tinnitus, severity of tinnitus, VAS (tinnitus, loudness discomfort level, health quality), THI (emotional, functional, catastrophic and total scores), BDI and SF-36 (physical role, general health, vitality, social role, emotional role, mental health). Conclusion: Music therapy was found to be effective in treating tinnitus severity, reducing the level of discomfort and improving the quality of life in patients with subjective tinnitus
