Pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis: A case report

Although rare, pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with non-productive cough, dyspnea on exertion, and, a typical chest radiograph showing micronodulation or diffuse parenchymal calcification.Here we present a case of pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis, fully evaluated, with the characteristical history, clinical symptoms, laboratory, radiographic, tomographic and scintigraphic findings
