DEV RETROPERİTONEYAL LİPOM: OLGU SUNUMU

Abdominal kitle şikayeti ile başvuran retroperitoneyal lipom olgusu sunuldu. İntravenöz ürografide ve magnetik rezonans incelemede, böbreğin yağ dansitesinde kitle tarafından süperomediale itildiği saptandı.
