A case of foot drop secondary to a giant extraneural ganglion cyst close to the peroneal nerve

Peroneal sinirin ekstranöral ganglion kistlerine literaturde az rastlanmaktadır. Bu makalede bacakta ağrı ve düşük ayağa yoaçan, peroneal sinire dışarıdan bası yapan, geniş çaplı bir ekstranöraganglion kisti olgusu sunuldu. Elektromiyografi peroneal sinirin derin dal tutulumuna işaret etti. Manyetik rezonans görüntüleme ise tibiofibular eklem distalinde kistik bir lezyonu ortaya koyduAmeliyat esnasında multimodal nörofizyolojik monitörizasyon yapıldı.Hastada kist tümüyle rezeke edildi. Ekstranöral peroneaganglion kisti, ağrılı düşük ayak nedenleri arasında akla getirilmelidir.
