The near soliton solution of regularized equation Korteweg - de Vries and Boussinesq type for the first time was introduced in works [1-4]. These works shows the existence of near soliton solutions for different classes of perturbed equations. The main feature of these works was implementation of the solution of initial problem of classical equation of Korteweg - de Vries
