Büyük Hayvanlarda Karaciğer Hastalıklarına Ultrasonografik Yaklaşım

Ultrasonografi, veteriner sahada uzun yıllardır kullanılan bir teşhis aracıdır. Doku ve organların özellikleri hakkında detaylı bilgi verir ve diğer görüntüleme tekniklerine göre pek çok avantajı vardır. Büyük hayvanların karaciğer hastalıklarının teşhisinde, kolay uygulanabilir olduğu ve isabetli sonuçlar verebildiği için başlı başına veya diğer teşhis metotlarının yanında kullanmak için idealdir. Bu derlemede Sığır, at, koyun ve keçilerde, karaciğer ultrasonografi hakkında mevcut bilgiler toplanmıştır.

Ultrasonographic Approach to Large Animal Liver Diseases

Ultrasonography is a diagnostic tool used in veterinary field for many years. It gives detailed information about the properties of tissues and organs. It has many advantages over other imaging techniques and it is ideal for use on its own or in combination with other diagnostic methods, as it is easy to apply and gives accurate results in the diagnosis of liver diseases in large animals. In this review, current information about liver ultrasonography in cattle, horses, sheep and goats was collected.
