Atipik yerleşimli bazal hücreli karsinom
Bazal hücreli karsinom en yaygın görülen malign kutanöz tümör tipidir. Etyolojisinde kronik güneş ışığına maruziyet temel faktördür. Sıklıkla yüz ve boyun gibi güneş maruziyetinin yoğun olduğu alanlarda oluşmaktadır. Daha nadir olarak önkol ve kol derisinden köken aldığı olgular da mevcuttur. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı sol lomber bölgeden köken alan atipik yerleşimli bazal hücreli karsinomlu 69 yaşında cerrahi tedavi uygulanmış kadın hastayı sunmaktır

Atypical located basal cell carcinoma
Basal cell carcinoma is the most common type of malignant cutaneous tumor. Chronic sun exposure is the main etiological factor. Basal cell carcinoma usually occurs in sunexposed areas such as the face and neck. There are also some rarely cases orginated from forearm and arm skin. The aim of this case report is to present a 69 years old, female patient with atypical located basal cell carcinoma on the left side of lumber region, who underwent surgery
