Akut pankreatite bağlı diyabetik ketoasidoz gelişen gebe hasta: Olgu sunumu

ÖZET: Akut pankreatit(AP), patofizyolojisi tam bilinmeyen, ülkemizde ve dünya genelinde en sık nedenleri safra kesesi taşları (%80) ve alkol kullanımı olan inflamatuar bir hastalıktır. AP gebelerde özellikle üçüncü trimesterde veya erken postpartum dönemde görülür ve gebelikte de en sık neden (%70 oranında) safra taşlarıdır. Daha önce bilinen diyabeti olmayan şiddetli akut biliyer pankreatit sonucu, ketoasidoz tablosu gelişen sekonder diyabet gelişen gebe olgusu sunulmuştur. Pregnant patient who developed diabetic ketoacidosis due to acute pancreatitis: A case report

SUMMARY: Acute pancreatitis (AP) is an inflammatory disease of unknown pathophysiology, the most common causes of which, in our country and around the world, are gallstones (80%) and alcohol use. AP can be seen in pregnant women, especially in the third trimester or in the early postpartum period, and the most common cause (70%) for AP in pregnancy is gallstones. We present a case a pregnant woman who developed ketoacidosis and secondary diabetes as a result of severe acute biliary pancreatitis, despite not having been diagnosed with diabetes before.
