TÜRKİYE TRAKYASI PETROL JEOLOJİK NİTELİĞİNİN ÖZETİ

Yıllarca süren istikşaf çalışmalarına rağmen, Türkiye Trakyası'nda şimdiye kadar, ekonomi bakımdan önemli petrol miktarlarının meydana çıkarılması mümkün olamamıştır. Bu yazımızda önce Türkiye Trakyası'nda ekonomik bir petrol birikmesi sonucunu verememiş olan nedenler kısaca ele alınacak ve bundan da Istranca silsilesinin kuzeydoğu şelf sahasının «petrol ümitli» olduğu sonucu çıkarılacaktır.

KURZE ERDÖLGEOLOGISCHE KENNZEICHNUNG VON TÜRKISCH-THRAKIEN

Trotz jahrzehntelanger Aufsuchungstaetigkeit konnten in Türkisch-Thrakien bisher keine wirtschaftlich bedeutsamen Erdölmengen erschlossen werden. Bei der vorliegenden Abhandlung werden zunaechst die Gründe kurz gekennzeichnet, die zu keiner wirtschaftlichen Erdölansammlung in Türkisch-Thrakien führten. Darüber hinaus wird hieraus das nördliche und nordöstliche Schelfgcbiet vom Istranca-Bergzug als erdölhöffig» gefolgert.
