Amasra Karbonifer havzasında galeri ve sondajlarla kesilen Namurien - Vestfalien
D yaşlı kömür seviyeleri, mikrospor cinslerine (formgenera) dayanan palinolojik inceleme sonucunda korele edilmişlerdir. Her stratigrafik ve tektonik birim için ayrı ayrı gerçekleştirilen korelasyonlar, bu birimler arasındaki bağıntılara ışık tuttuğu gibi, kömürlü Karboniferin bütünü için, yine
formgeneranın nicel değişimlerine dayanan bir düşey profil hazırlanmasına da olanak sağlamışlardır
III. ÉTUDE QUANTITATIVE ET CORRÉLATION DES VEINES*
— Tous les niveaux de houille recoupés par des galeries d'exploitation ou par des
sondages sur le bassin carbonifère d'Amasra ont été corrélés d'après les résultats obtenus par l'étude
quantitative des microspores portant sur les genres. Ces corrélations, réalisées séparément pour
chaque unité stratigraphique ou tectonique, ont permis d'éclaircir les relations entre ces différentes unités en même temps qu'elles ont rendu possible l'établissement d'un profil palynologique
moyen valable pour l'ensemble du Carbonifère productif.
