Vajinismus

Vajinismus cinsel ilişkinin zorlu ya da imkansız olmasına neden olan vajinal kaslarda istemsiz kasılmaların olduğu durumdur. Yaygın olarak görülen kadın psikoseksuel sorunlarından biridir. Bu yazıda vajinismusun sınıflandırılması, tanısı, etyolojisi ve tedavisi ile ilgili son yıllarda elde edilen klinik bulgular gözden geçirilecektir

VAJİNİSMUS

Vaginismus is an involuntary contraction of the vaginal muscles which makes sexual intercourse difficult or impossible. It is one of the most common female psychosexual problems. Latest clinical findings on the classification, diagnosis, etiology and treatment of vaginismus will be reviewed in this paper
