Spontan Koroner Arter Diseksiyonu: Olgu Sunumu ile Birlikte Tıp Literatürünün Gözden Geçirilmesi

Spontan koroner arter diseksiyonu, akut koroner sendromun nadir görülen bir sebebidir. Klinik prezentasyon aterosklerotik koroner arter hastalığı ile benzerdir. Teşhis genellikle koroner anjiyografiyle konulur. Spontan koroner arter diseksiyonu kadınlarda erkeklerden daha sık görülmektedir. Spontan koroner arter diseksiyonu hastalarının teşhis ve tedavisinin hızlı ve doğru yapılması sağkalımı artırır. Tedavi seçenekleri cerrahi tedavi, perkütan koroner girişim ve medikal tedavidir

Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection: Case Report Review of the Literature

Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare cause of acute coronary syndrome with a high risk of mortality. The clinical presentation is similar to the atherosclerotic coronary artery disease. The diagnosis is usually made by coronary angiography. Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is more common in women than men. Fast and accurate diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous coronary artery dissection patients improves survival. Therapeutic options include surgery, percutaneous coronary intervention and medical therapy
