HAVAALANI YER SEÇİMİNDE COĞRAFİ BİLGİ SİSTEMLERİ (CBS) ve ANALİTİK HİYERARŞİ SÜRECİ (AHP) KULLANIMI
Günümüzde hızla artan nüfusun hızlı, ekonomik, güvenilir ulaşım taleplerini karşılamak gün geçtikçegüç hale gelmiştir. Karayolu ulaşımına ek olarak, demir yolu ve havayolu ulaşımı da bu talebi karşılamakiçin gelişme göstermiştir. Gün geçtikçe yaygınlaşmakta olan havayolu ulaşımı; insanların daha hızlı,ekonomik, güvenilir şekilde seyahat edebilmelerini sağlamaktadır.Havalimanı yapılmak istenen yerin belirlenmesi aşaması oldukça karmaşık bir problemdir. AnalitikHiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) bu problemlerin çözümünde kullanılan bir karar verme yöntemidir. Buçalışmanın amacı, Bayburt ve Gümüşhane illerinde havalimanı yapılabilecek en uygun alanların CoğrafiBilgi Sistemi (CBS) ve Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden en çok kullanılan ‘AnalitikHiyerarşi Prosesi’ kullanılarak belirlenmesidir.
Use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in Airport Location Selection
Today, it has become increasingly difficult to meet the rapid, economic, reliabletransportation demands of the rapidly growing population. In addition to road transport, rail and airlinetransport have also shown improvement to meet this demand. Airline transportation, which is becomingmore and more widespread day by day; It enables people to travel faster, economically and reliably.The determination of the location of the airport is a very complex problem. Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) is a decision making method used to solve these problems. The aim of this study is to determinethe most suitable areas of airport in Bayburt and Gümüşhane provinces by using GeographicalInformation System (GIS) and Analytical Hierarchy Process which is the most widely used ofMulti-Criteria Decision Making methods.
